If you haven’t already, write down your notes. Even if you already have handwritten notes, you can still spend a study session re-writing the notes and reading them to yourself (or out loud!) as you write. Research backs up the fact that engaging your fine motor skills and using different areas of your brain will boost your memory and help you retain information. Also, look at your notes before going to sleep. Again, research shows that this method can help your brain process and consolidate information.
